Cheswick Green Parish Council has ownership of the Village Hall but has delegated the day to day running to the Cheswick Green Village Hall Management Committee. Its members are all volunteers who live within Cheswick Green Parish – there are currently 5 committee members:-

- Denise Swain, Treasurer
- Chris Burrows, Secretary
- Dave Clifford, Committee Member
- Mick Swain, Committee Member
As a result of the village hall now being registered with the Charity Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), the members of the committee also now become Trustees of the hall.
